For a quick and easy meal, this keto sandwich bread is great. It's gluten-free, low in carbs, and only takes 10 minutes to make! You can eat it as a meal or snack with your favorite keto-friendly fillings.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt
Add melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients, mix until well combined
Transfer the batter to a greased or lined loaf pan
Smooth out the top of the batter with a spatula
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Allow the bread to cool before slicing and using for sandwiches
