Meatball Parmesan Burgers

These low-carb Meatball Parmesan Burgers are a tasty take on a traditional Italian dish. They are grilled to perfection and then topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. They are made with ground beef, almond flour, and tasty herbs. A low-carb, healthy way to satisfy your burger cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for bun alternative
  • Sliced tomatoes and fresh basil leaves for garnish optional

Instructions:

Ground beef, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried basil and oregano, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Mix everything together well

Four burger patties should be made from the mixture

Set a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to get it hot

The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them

When the burgers are almost done cooking, add a spoonful of marinara sauce and some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each one

Put the lid on the grill over the cheese to melt it

To put the low-carb burgers together, use lettuce leaves instead of buns

Put a meatball Parmesan burger on a lettuce leaf

If you want, add fresh basil leaves and sliced tomatoes

Then, put another lettuce leaf on top

Enjoy while hot!
